Wildernest Outdoor Store Newsletter
November 2005

We want to thank you for signing up to receive the Wildernest Outdoor Store Newsletter and for logging on to our new website.  We have been working very hard the last few months to get our website online and we hope you like it.  Check back regularly for updates, manufacturer announcements, closeout and sale information.  We will also be reviewing the latest in outdoor clothing, gear and accessories each month.

In December we will be offering a Snowpeak promotion to help promote our new website.  We will be giving away almost $800 in free camping gear, titanium cookware, and accessories.  Snowpeak is an outdoor industry leader in titanium cookware and accessories, from their ultra light weight stoves and cook sets to their shelters.  These are a must for any lightweight backpacker looking to shed a few pounds on the trail.  Check back in December and register to win.

The recent closing of Olympic Mountaineering in Port Angeles has left a need here on the Olympic Peninsula for quality mountaineering and climbing equipment.  Wildernest Outdoor Store has recently brought in a full line of Black Diamond Equipment, featuring, ice axes, crampons, harnesses, slings and carabineers.  We have also brought in rock climbing shoes from Five Ten and chalk bags from Prana.

You will always find something new going on at the Wildernest!  We have in all of our fall and winter stock and now is the time to pick up that new down or waterproof jacket!
Isis is a new brand you will find here which has been received very well!  Women’s outdoor clothing designed by women for women!  Very flattering lines and lots of style!

You have got to come in and check out our line from Ibex Wear.  Wool is making its comeback and these guys are using the best wool from New Zealand to make the most comfortable and stylish base and mid-layers.

Lastly I would like to introduce you to our new employee Jason Temple.  Jason is a recent Port Townsend transplant from Orlando Florida where he owned and operated several climbing gyms.  We want to welcome Jason and his wife Karen to our community!  It’s good to have you Jason.

Be safe on all of your outdoor adventures and Happy Trails,

Steve
